Before placing orders, please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
Upon placing orders with us, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms and conditions.

The Paper Boat will not be responsible for any loss of items during the shipment process. This applies to shipment by local normal postage. For loss of items that were mailed by registered postage, we will take adequate responsibility depending on the situation.
Prices are non-negotiable.
Items are checked for any visible defects before they are mailed out. Items that are damaged during the shipment process would not be accounted for.
Once orders are placed, items will be reserved for up to 48 hours to allow payment to be made. If not, we reserve the right to cancel the orders and transfer the reservation rights to the customers next in line.
Items may look different from the pictures as shown on the site, customers are advised to buy at their own risk. Request for refunds under this section would not be entertained.
We do not do refunds, returns or exchanges unless the item was grossly misinterpreted.
We reserve any rights to cancel or reject any orders without prior notice.
